Apparently some guy, who thought it was a good idea to throw a beer bottle out of the window of a bar in Ocean Beach, Fire Island, claims he was beaten until he was unconcious according to an article on 1010 Wins’ website. Samuel Gilberd has filed a $20 million lawsuit against the Ocean Beach police department. Gilberd claims that after leaving the Ocean Beach Fire Island Police department he was beaten by police officers after he slammed the door when leaving. Read more at 1010 News’ website.
